Shipping Time

Our typical processing and delivery time is within 7-10 business days. 

 

Backorder Items

We have a fast turnover, so your order might contain backorder pieces. Because we do not want to let backorder items delay the shipment of your entire order, we ship out what we have available immediately and will ship the rest of the items in a timely manner. Backorder items typically ship within 20 days.

 

Order Changes/Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order within 1 hours after the order is placed. Simply email contact@celesteskincare.com to begin the process.

 

Lost Packages

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Celeste’s control once it leaves our facilities, Celeste cannot be held liable for late or lost deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. 

 

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Celeste reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on (www.celesteskincare.com) at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

 

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Celeste’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Celeste reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Celeste may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it; pricing errors; credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. Celeste may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. If Celeste cancels an order after you have already been billed, Celeste will refund the billed amount. 

 

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Celeste may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Celeste reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Celeste confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Celeste will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
